Delivery Charges

• Free UK Mainland Delivery on all orders over £750
• Orders under £750 are subject to a flat shipping fee of £50

Shipping charges are automatically applied at checkout based on your total square meterage.

Delivery Times

• In-stock items are usually delivered within 5–10 working days
• KEEP NOTE - Made-to-order or bespoke items may take longer—typically 6–8 weeks, depending on the manufacturer and product type
• We’ll confirm expected lead times upon order and keep you updated throughout the process

Delivery Details

• All deliveries are kerbside only and require someone to be present to receive and sign for the goods
• Please notify us of any access restrictions or delivery instructions when placing your order
